I thought I might be able to quickly double-check the deadline for the ACNA Cover Art Show by going to your website, and I was disappointed not to be able to find anything about it at all. It's in a list on the home page but there is no link, and I didn't even see it listed in the calendar of events. I'm sure it's an oversight and assumed you'd want to know.
Hi!

I doubt that I am searching I the right place but I guess that I have to start somewhere. My name is Simon Thomas-Train and jam originally from Keene valley. I'm currently living and working in new York city as a dancer and choreographer, engaged in both my own work and the work of other companies. For a long time now I have been scheming about how to get more dance to the north country, specifically my home town. I have an eventual grander vision of starting some kind of residency center/dance work space at my brothers farm in keeseville but want to start its something manageable ie a small festival featuring the work of some friends and peers on an outdoor stage sometime in the coming summer in Keene valley. I magics this first iteration of things to be very low key, more of a place to grow from into my eventual larger plan. The north country has always been a have for artists and I think this is a chance to bring a new art form to a place that hasn't experienced it too much. Again, I don't know f this is the right place to start, but I figured it was at least a place. Any information or insight you all might have into helping this along would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
